City Slickers (1991) - 2nd time

I have no excuse for wanting to see this again. I was looking for something uncomplicated, and also, while imdb was telling me I had already seen this film, I remembered almost nothing from it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the first half and the laughs it got from me, and then very very disappointed by the second hour. It seems kind of foolish to kill off your most interesting character so soon, and in such a useless manner. Too bad.

Jack Palance is memorable, for sure, but doesn’t get enough screentime to really make it a remarkable win, or maybe even one that’s worthy. I ain't mad at it, though.
